RETURN POLICY

APPAREL

Returns
Due to the production method we use for all of our apparel products, we cannot accept returns.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Please be sure to check Size Guide before purchase as we do not offer exchanges due to a wrong size being ordered.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this happens please send us an email at contact@dunheger.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Trackable shipping must be used. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

EQUIPMENT

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded).

In order to begin the return process you must send an email to contact@dunheger.com stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Returned:
  • Reason for Return:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return label.

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $45 to all 48 continental US states and the District of Columbia.

Orders under $45 will be charged a shipping fee to addresses within USA.

Tracking is included in all U.S. and Canadian orders. International tracking depends on shipping cost and destination country and can not be guaranteed.

CUSTOMS FEE NOTICE

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors, this fee is your responsibility.

 

WARRANTY (applicable for equipment only)

Under our standard warranty we guarantee our products against manufacturing defects such as issues with any parts (excluding batteries) for two years after purchase with proof of purchase.

If the product is registered for lifetime warranty we will send a replacement or issue a refund. You need to email us first at contact@dunheger.com

We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear or damage caused by accident or misuse.
